Solution:Makesurethattheproblemisnotbeingcausedbytheapplication.
Checkthatyourcomputerhastheminimumrequiredmemorytoruntheapplication.Refertothemanuals
suppliedwiththeapplication.
Checkthefollowing:
•Theapplicationisdesignedtooperatewithyouroperatingsystem.
•Otherapplicationsruncorrectlyonyourcomputer.
•Thenecessarydevicedriversareinstalled.
•Theapplicationworkswhenitisrunonsomeothercomputer.
Ifanerrormessageisdisplayedwhileyouareusingtheapplicationprogram,refertothemanualssupplied
withtheapplication.
Iftheapplicationstilldoesnotruncorrectly,contactyourplaceofpurchaseoraservicerepresentative
forhelp.

AUSBproblem
Problem:AdeviceconnectedtotheUSBconnectordoesnotwork.
Solution:OpentheDeviceManagerwindow.MakesurethattheUSBdevicesetupiscorrect,andthatthe
assignmentofcomputerresourceandtheinstallationofthedevicedriverarecorrect.ToopentheDevice
Managerwindow,openControlPanelandclickHardwareandSound➙DeviceManager.Ifyouare
promptedforanadministratorpasswordorconrmation,typethepasswordorprovideconrmation.

Adockingstation
Problem:Thecomputerdoesnotstartwhenyoutrytoturniton,anddoesnotrespondwhenyoutryto
resumeoperation.
Solution:Makesurethat:
•Theacpoweradapterisconnectedtothedockingstation.
•Thecomputerissecurelyattachedtothedockingstation.
