9.8.5 Command code IS
The special command code IS can be used to process incoming SMS that
does not start with a command code. When this code is processed a search
is made to see if there was an outgoing SMS sent to the originator of the
incoming SMS. The id of the sender of the outgoing messages is then
available in the &O special parameter.
