+CSQ Signal Quality
Description: This command is used to read the received signal strength indication (<rssi>) and the
channel bit error rate (<ber>) with or without a SIM card inserted.

other MO call setup result codes.

1 Enable
When a supplementary service notification is received during a call,
unsolicited result code +CSSU is sent.
